After settling in the United Arab Emirates since 1980 and working in various businesses such as textile trading, embroidery, fashion design, and ready-made clothing, Hajja Umm Hamza decided to make a radical shift in her business orientations, as she realized that there was a real and urgent need for authentic food products that evoke memories of the village. Her daily foods are fresh and carefully prepared by hand, on the one hand, and the mother’s caring touch, who prepares these foods with passion and care, ensuring their special and distinctive ingredients, which the lady of the house reserves exclusively for her family members, on the other hand. Al Hajja launched her idea through the Productive Family Exhibition in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which was created in the Abu Dhabi Women’s Association, which became the Family Development Association, under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, may God protect her. After the success of the experiment and the public’s interest, since 1999, Al Hajja Umm Hamza presented her mixtures. Derived from the heritage of the land and the fragrance of nature in various exhibitions such as the exhibition grounds, Al Ain area exhibitions and the Red Crescent, and then the success was crowned with a strong launch through the Global Village in 2002, and then those efforts were crowned with the establishment of the Umm Hamza Foodstuffs Factory in the Emirate of Ajman in the year 2015 so that we continue to The products are manufactured according to the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates, and the self-made success story continues over the years thanks to the audience of customers and the maintenance of the level of the products.
